A Message from House

They basically cleaned this year's People's Choice Awards but they weren't there to do the acceptance speech. So here they are. Because they're awesome.

You have no idea how much I've missed Robert Sean Leonard!! He needs to be on the show more often! I've been doing a White Collar marathon and somehow in this video RSL reminds me a bit of Peter Burke. Anyways, I heart RSL, I heart Hugh and his accent, and I definitely heart House! Congrats guys!

68th Annual Golden Globe Awards

The Social Network won big, and I was happy. As expected, neither Jesse nor Andrew won in their respective categories; but the movie won in everything else: Best Director, Best Screenplay, Best Score and Best Movie!! Too bad Justin wasn't there.

It's Hugh Laurie and Robert Downey, Jr. together! Gregory House and Sherlock Holmes. Wonder what they were talking about!

AND AND AND... THIS!!
[Girls (and boys) everywhere squee, and explode in awesomeness]

BuddyTV: TV's 100 Sexiest Women of 2010

Here's the full list. Thought Olivia Wilde should be way higher up the list. And Jennifer Carpenter as Debra Morgan should be there somewhere!
#1 Yvonne Strahovski, Chuck – As Sarah Walker

#3 Christina Hendricks, Mad Men – As Joan Harris

#5 Kaley Cuoco, The Big Bang Theory – As Penny

Love this!

Even though it's kinda fake. I checked Twitter and Olivia Wilde was saying that Jon Favreau was the best director she's ever worked with, or something like that. And her reply to the "a-hem" was "you know I love you boss!" Whatever, I love the pictures, and I love these guys!! Robert Sean Leonard's "Favreau-ish" is cute (he's cute too!) and "will write Iron Man 3 for food" with a big happy face is lol-worthy! <3

I'm.mortal = Now

"The Big Bang Theory" star Johnny Galecki is in final negotiations to play Justin Timberlake's best friend in Andrew Niccol's newly-retitled sci-fi thriller "Now," according to the Hollywood Reporter.

20th Century Fox is distributing the New Regency project (formerly known as "I'm.mortal"), which is set in a society where aging stops at 25 and time has become the currency. The rich are immortal, while the rest struggle to stay alive.

Timberlake stars as a rebel from the ghetto who is falsely accused of murdering a wealthy man for his time. He's forced to go on the run with a beautiful hostage (Amanda Seyfried), and together they battle the system as they struggle to stay alive.

Fall TV is officially here!

And it started with House!

Okay, it wasn't as epic as the season 6 opener, but I wasn't expecting it to be since nothing would. But it was still great. House was being serious and it was strange to see, especially when he said "I love you" to Cuddy at the end (!). I was so shocked hearing Chase asking Thirteen if she'd have sex with him! Just like that. At a patient's house. But then she just left, and no one knows where, and won't be back for a while :( I'm definitely gonna miss her! It was quite strange seeing the new team because I've been watching the first 3 seasons with the old team.

Preview for episode 2:

Next ones up: Cougar Town on Wednesday, then Thursday is comedy night, with The Big Bang Theory on CBS at the same time as NBC's Community, guest starring Betty White, followed by 30 Rock, where Matt Damon is returning! Gonna be awesome!!

Now What?

Fitting title, for the House season 7 premiere! "Now what?" is exactly the question everyone should ask right, now that we get Huddy.

I do have the feeling that season 7 is gonna be the last season of House. Unfortunately that might mean that Hugh Laurie never wins an Emmy despite his perfect portrayal of the character

Happy is just weird...

These previews are just too good!! There's no new scenes but they have a Wilson voice-over. And I love Wilson!

The 5 Worst Deaths Written for Great Characters (And Why)

Taken from here.

#4. Scott Summers (aka Cyclops of the X-Men)

Wolverine gets all the attention, but Cyclops is the X-Men's field leader and second in command. Also, he can destroy a city block by taking his sunglasses off. That should count for something, right?

House is back!

It just seems like so long ago that there's a new House episode!! Tonight's episode was directed by Hugh Laurie. The hospital was in lock-down because an infant was missing from her crib.

House is back!!!

Just watched the new episode of House [6.11] The Down Low. It's been way too long since the last episode! It's still as awesome as always! So basically after the last episode House and Wilson move in together in this new apartment, where everyone thinks they're a gay couple. And of course, House plays along with it. It's so hilarious! Love Hilson!! (I don't even care about Huddy anymore!) It's so amazing how I can get my shows back after the winter break.

Too bad Elsa's TV doesn't have Fox so I can't watch American Idol (which airs now). Would stream it tomorrow. Not like I have anything better to do here...

Golden Globe Nominations

You can see the complete list here.

Last year, I knew who I wanted to win, Hugh Laurie for Best Actor Drama and House for Best TV Series Drama. But neither won, with Best Series going to Mad Men. And in the course of the year I have been hooked on Dexter and Mad Men. All three shows are nominated for Best Television Series, Drama, and their lead actors, Hugh Laurie (House), Michael C Hall (Dexter) and Jon Hamm (Mad Men) are all nominated for Best Performance by an Actor in a Television Series, Drama. I can't decide who to root for!

I mean, how could you not love House?! Right now I can't stop thinking about Mad Men and how cool Don Draper is and what gentlemen they were back in the 60s... I just watched Dexter's season 4 finale and it's just plain amazing.

I do believe that Dexter's Jennifer Carpenter, who plays Dex's sister Debra on the show, deserves a nod. She's been brilliant since the first season but has never been recognized! Hopefully, next year people realize how good she is...

I kinda want Hugh Laurie to win because this is his sixth season and he's been performing well every single year. For the show, I want Dexter to win because it's just awesome! Not saying that the others aren't, but they definitely deserve to win something! Mad Men has had an amazing year last year so it's time for the others to win... (and for some reason I feel like all my favorites will get snubbed and some random show will win).

Neurotic TV Characters We Love

With this week's series finale of "Monk," we said good-bye to one of the most beloved neurotic characters ever. After eight seasons, Tony Shalhoub has hung up his detective hat and his 312 phobias, including panic induced by harmonicas, ladybugs, mushrooms, and milk. We think this laundry list of fears, as well as his germophobia, anxiety disorder, and obsessive attention to detail have made Monk the most "decorated" crazy character in the history of television. But he certainly was not the first and won't be the last. So in honor of Adrian Monk, we give you our favorite neurotics on TV, past and present.

TV break >.<

A couple of my favorite shows are taking a few weeks break :'(

House doesn't come back until November 9th. And I think Cameron would be on her way out then (previous reports say her last episode of the series' regular airs in November).

Newcomer Glee also takes a break until the same week, airing new episode on November 11th.

The worst, last Friday's episode of Psych was their fall finale!! They won't be back until January 2010!!! :'( The episode was really good though. Shawn told Jules that he loved her and she was gonna say it back! [^.^]

Also, late night talk shows are airing repeats this week (except for Leno and Kimmel). Luckily Chelsea Lately is still on!! So less TV for me this week! Which I guess could be a good thing.. but it doesn't help if I ended up sleeping way more.

I guess I can survive 3 weeks without Glee, but House?! And 3 months without PSYCH?! I'm soooo gonna miss Shawn Spencer!
