Nerdist podcast

I've been listening to The Nerdist Podcast, mostly at work, for a couple months now and I'm really enjoying it. The comedy podcast is hosted by Chris Hardwick, with the help of Jonah Ray and Matt Mira.

Wil bought Pokémon Black. Now I want one.

I walked around them, went to the DS games, and felt like a teenager buying his first box of condoms. I felt my face get warm, I caught myself looking around to ensure I wasn't being watched, and I reached for the nearest copy of Pokémon Black Version.

I turned it over in my hand and read the back. "I can't believe I'm actually going to do this," I thought. "I'm 38 years-old, and I'm buying Pokémon for the first time in my life."

Time.com: 140 Best Twitter Feed

[source] Some people I already follow or interested in:

Neil Patrick Harris

[Celebrities]
Followers: 1.2 million
Sample tweet: "Excited for my 1st Grammys! What should I wear? I'm thinking a black tux with that metal robot headpiece will.i.am wore at the Super Bowl."

He may play overconfident on How I Met Your Mother, but Neil Patrick Harris proves he's nothing if not a nice guy on his Twitter account. The new father gets personal on his account, tweeting about parenthood, his acting projects and life in the public eye. He gives more than 1 million followers a dose of his trademark self-deprecating wit

Saw this:
Followed the link, then stole this from the link:

There are some people who act as sort of entertainment pied pipers: Something just makes us follow them from project to project, occasionally getting us to watch stuff we never would otherwise. Here are some of our favorites: heroes, villains, Whedonverse alums and deserted-island survivors.

Wil Wheaton is a Browncoat

After watching quite a few Wil Wheaton videos on YouTube last night (mostly on The Guild panel at several Comic-Cons with Felicia Day), I became interested in him and his career. It seems that I am diving into the geek culture a little bit deeper. And then I listened to the latest The Nerdist podcast that has Wil as the guest, and I loved it! Chris Hardwick (Nerdist) and Wil have been friends since they were young so they had a lot of stories to tell. They were hilarious! I may have been too young to know anything about Wil's earlier career but I am now intrigued. I haven't watched too many of Wil's works but I love him on The Big Bang Theory, which I recently watched again, and The Guild.
