This has to happen!!

Just watched The Oscars (a little disappointed that The Social Network didn't win Best Picture), but now all I can think about is this:
[From Maurissa's Twitter]
This was after Zac's performance of the nominated "I See the Light" with Mandy Moore at the Oscars tonight. Now, she can't just tease us like this, right?! I mean, Zac Levi (yum!) with NPH and Nate Fillion (and hopefully Felicia Day in some ways) and NEW DR. HORRIBLE!! Love.this.so.much!! Please, please, please, make this happen. And, Dr. Horrible sequel!!

Wil Wheaton is a Browncoat

After watching quite a few Wil Wheaton videos on YouTube last night (mostly on The Guild panel at several Comic-Cons with Felicia Day), I became interested in him and his career. It seems that I am diving into the geek culture a little bit deeper. And then I listened to the latest The Nerdist podcast that has Wil as the guest, and I loved it! Chris Hardwick (Nerdist) and Wil have been friends since they were young so they had a lot of stories to tell. They were hilarious! I may have been too young to know anything about Wil's earlier career but I am now intrigued. I haven't watched too many of Wil's works but I love him on The Big Bang Theory, which I recently watched again, and The Guild.

New MacBook Pro is here

Happy Birthday, Steve! Just like the rumors stated, Apple refreshed the entire line of MacBook Pros today, which just so happened to be Steve Jobs’ birthday. These new models aren’t exactly revolutionary with the same basic unibody casing, layout, and batteries. The updates are evolutionary in nature, just steps towards the next generation of MacBook Pros.

Gone are Nvidia graphics as the latest MBP models feature Sandy Bridge Intel CPUs paired with switchable graphics between an integrated Intel chip or a discrete AMD GPU. (The 13-inch only has integrated graphics) The mini DisplayPort interface now shares its port with Apple’s impentation of Intel’s Light Peak technology re-dubbed Thunderbolt. Base RAM levels remained the same, although 1333MHz chips are used rather than the 1066MHz type used in the previous generation. Besides the SD slot now supporting SDXC, the rest of the connectivity options are a carryover from the previous crop.

So the new line of MacBook Pros has a new processor, next generation I/O, awesome graphics, HD FaceTime, bla bla bla... I WANT ONE!! My 2006 MacBook needs an upgrade! I'm gonna wait until this summer, for Mac OS X Lion, and then get the 13" MBP! xD

Dr. Horrible's Sing-Along Blog

I think I am becoming more and more of a nerd. Even though I'm pretty much late to everything. Anyways, I have been obsessed with Dr. Horrible's Sing-Along Blog for these past two weeks. It's funny, has great music, and just amazing.

Bad Teacher trailer

This is the R rated trailer (just a warning). Well it looks pretty funny, I just hope they don't just put all the funniest scenes in the trailer and the rest of the movie is actually really stupid. But it's Justin so I'm definitely watching!
