Ryan Giggs was trending!

Well it was rumored that it was because Giggsy was said to be considering retirement, but I chose not to believe it. I mean, Ryan Giggs doesn't retire. He's just gonna play for Manchester United forever, and play like a 25 year old no matter how old he is. Right?! =/

In other United news: Owen Hargreaves is going back home to overcome his hamstring problems.
Hargreaves goes 'home' for help

Owen Hargreaves is returning to Germany – the country where he became a professional footballer – as he bids to overcome a "kick in the teeth."That was how Sir Alex Ferguson described the latest injury suffered by the United midfielder, just six minutes into last month’s win over Wolves – the first senior match Hargreaves had started in over two years following his chronic knee problems.

"It’s a complete tear of the hamstring so he could be out for six to eight weeks [from the injury date, 6 November],” Sir Alex estimated on Tuesday.

"If players realise [they've injured their hamstring] early enough and come off before they do any more damage, then you can get them back in three to four weeks. But this was a tear and it’s unfortunate. He’s going to Munich to see a specialist.

"Having this hamstring problem is a real kick in the teeth to Owen because he’d been training so well prior to the Wolves game. His training had been absolutely superb, with no qualms whatsoever. And although he’d only been training with us for about nine or ten days, we were confident enough to play him against Wolves when we had flu in the squad and one or two injuries. It was disappointing how it turned out."

"As to what the future may hold for Hargreaves, the manager was in no mood to make any predictions.

"I think we’re all concerned," admitted Sir Alex. "Owen hasn't played for over two years and I think we’d have to be super-optimists to think that everything’s going to be rosey in terms of him making a comeback.

"What we’re trying to do is to help the lad. That in itself is our biggest challenge, to try and help him get back to a level where he can still play football."

His contract is running out by the end of this season, and it might not be renewed! :( It would be really sad if he's not staying. I mean, he's a great player and definitely helped us in that incredible season in 2008. And he's worked so hard to overcome his knee injuries, now he has a hamstring problem but this cannot just end it for him?! He's way too good for this! Come on, Hargo, I'm pulling for you! Come back to United!
