Liverpool 0-1 Manchester United

[this is my 111th post!!! yay!!! LOL]

so anyways, again, at Anfield, in front of the Kop, United got the ball in the back of the net. The game was pretty even, but (as Sir Alex said it's typical of the derby) it was pretty much the battle of the midfield. It's like 80% of the match was played there. The best thing is, Anderson and Hargreaves controlled that field! They were amazing!! True, Liverpool might have more or better chances. Van der Sar made silly mistakes a couple of times and Anderson and Evra had to clear off the line.

A couple of minutes before half time, United got a corner, Giggs stepped up. The box was packed with both red shirts and black shirts. Then he spotted Rooney lurking outside of the box, unmarked. Giggs passed the ball, Rooney went for it and hit it first time. It was a decent, powerful kick, but it was running wide. Tevez stood there, had a simple touch of the ball and it flew to the top of the goal.

moment of the match: Rooney went chasing the ball, Reina had it outside of the box. Rooney went for it and the ref said he fouled him. He was walking down the right flank where Liverpool fans taunted him. Roo, being a true red, had a go at them, and kissed the badge on his shirt in front of thousands of Scousers....

I don't think this is a new episode (I kinda think all late nights are on replays) but anyways, Jimmy mentioned Indonesia on one of his monologues... Here is what (I think) he said:

"All ITs in Indonesia are calling in sick today because the video game Halo 3 came out yesterday"

well at least we're seen as smart people, huh? ITs?? lol

AS Roma 1-1 Manchester United

A win would be amazing because that will make us the first English team to win all 6 group games in the UCL. But yeah, with the starting XI average age of 23, that is a GREAT result!!

United's starting line up : Kuszczak, Simpson, Pique, Evans, O'Shea, Eagles, Carrick, Fletcher, Nani, Rooney (captain), Saha

Pique with the header (Nani assist from the corner) on the 34th minute. 2 goals in 2 starts in the UCL for the young lad. (do I sound British enough?) lol

Can't wait for Sunday's match against Liverpool... gonna be huge!!! Then it will cut off my internet so I can study for my finals.

Jessica Alba is preggers too!!! Damn... Is it like the trend now in Hollywood?? Christina Aguilera, Jennifer Lopez... I was just shocked when I turned on E! News 5 minutes ago to find out that Alba is pregnant with boyfriend Cash.

another week without Internet in my room... Just got it back around an hour and a half ago... damn it's time to sleep and i haven't done my conclusion, or think about ideas for my essay tomorrow!!! hoping for the best...
